Key Responsibilities:
– Manage workshop activities, inventory, customer service, and finances
– Lead and develop workshop staff

– Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
– Analyze financial performance and optimize operations
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in workshop management or automotive industry
– Strong knowledge of automobiles, car parts, and mechanical repairs
– Proven leadership, customer service, and financial management skills
– Excellent communication and organizational abilities
– Proficient in workshop management software and basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
